Medical Aid from France. A vessel containing medical supplies including USD 2.5 million surgical equipment is expected to reach Sri Lanka today.
This donation is from France who had previously donated medicine worth Rs. 115 million. The Minister of Health stated that it will be possible to maintain all emergency operating theaters in the country continuously for 90 days with the medicine & equipment that is expected to reach the island today.
