Sri Lanka scored 506 runs in their first innings against Bangladesh’s 365. At their second innings, Bangladesh scored 169 all out, which left Sri Lanka to score only 29 runs for the victory.
Fast bowler Asitha Fernando grabbed 10 wickets for 144 runs making him the 2nd Sri Lankan bowler to obtain 10 wickets in a test match.
