Update on Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery

Update on Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery. Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekara has stated that the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery is scheduled to resume operations in six days with a shipment of crude oil being unloaded today. The refinery was closed on the 20^th of March.
