On Friday, a 27-year-old man was arrested in Grandpass for possessing 3.5 kg of heroin (3).
The suspect is a Colombo 15 resident who will appear in the Maligakanda Magistrate’s Court on Friday (3).
The arrest was made as a result of a Police Narcotic Bureau raid.
