Another Indian humanitarian aid ship arrives in Sri Lanka

Another ship carrying humanitarian aid donated by the people of Tamil Nadu India, has left for Sri Lanka.

According to Indian media reports, the ship contained 14,712 tons of rice, 250 tons of milk powder and 15,000 tons of essential life-saving drugs. It is said that the relevant consignment of aid has been sent to Sri Lanka on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

The first consignment of humanitarian aid donated by the Indian people reached the 22nd Island last year, containing 9,000 metric tons of rice, 50 metric tons of milk powder and 25 metric tons of medicines.
