Crude shipments to Sri Lanka every 15 days – Energy Ministry

According to the Ministry of Power and Energy, a program has been developed to import a crude oil shipment to Sri Lanka every 15 days in order to keep the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery operational.

According to the Ministry of Power and Energy, the Sapugaskanda Refinery has been restarted, and steps will be taken to begin fuel production soon.

Meanwhile, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced that fuel distribution would continue.

However, there are numerous fuel lines visible in many areas.
