MP Harsha de Silva, issuing a statement on his meeting with the Prime
Minister yesterday, 15 th June 2022, has expressed the following:
“Following an invitation by PM Ranil Wickremesinghe, I along with MP Eran Wickramaratne
attended a meeting at his office. Secretery Ministry of Finance presented the dire economic
situation. PM wanted our support to get a number of fiscal amendments through Parliament. I
have always been ready to work for Sri Lankans. Yes, I will help.”
