Indian donation to Suwaseriya. The Indian Government has donated a shipment of 3.3 tons of medical supplies to the Suwaseriya Foundation which effectively runs the 1990 Suweseriya Ambulance Service, a free service which has served many people of this land.
Dr. Harsha de Silva, the architect of this noteworthy project, along with the Mr. Sohan de Silva, CEO of Suwaseriya, were present at this event and expressed their gratitude to the Indian Government for their concern and timely support at this time.
The General Hospital of Hambantota, Peradeniya Teaching Hospital and the Teaching Hospital of Jaffna will also be given essential medical items received through this donation.
