Inquiry Report on Sri Lanka Customs. A six-member Presidential Commission of Inquiry was appointed on February 24, 2021, to study and report on various accusations and supposed misdeeds in the Customs.
After almost a year of discussions with connected individuals and groups, the Commission has prepared a final Report of 520 pages containing 117 recommendations.
The said Report was presented to the President Gotabhaya Rajapakse who has instructed for the report to be presented in Parliament at the earliest.
