It is reported that the current available engine oil will last only
for about another 2 months and thereafter it may not be possible to operate trains in the
country.
Due to the prevailing situation of the country, it has not been possible to import engine oil
from China and India since the shortage of dollars has made it difficult to open Letters of
Credit for the purchase of engine oil for trains.
