Several government politicians have expressed their best wishes to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa on his birthday today.

His presence has always been a source of strength for me, and I am confident that he will lead this country out of this crisis.”
Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Energy, also tweeted, “Wishing President @GotabayaR a Healthy, Prosperous, and Happy B’day.” “I wish you more strength, courage, and blessings as you face the challenges of leading the nation.”
