Shooting in Oklahoma. A long gunman armed with a rifle and hand gun went on a shooting rampage at the St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma on Wednesday 1st June 2022 killing at least four persons and wounding several others.
Dispatchers received a call about an active shooter at the Natalie Medical Building, a physicians’ office building on the St. Francis Hospital campus, shortly after 4:50 p.m. local time and the Officers were able to respond within three minutes which averted a serious situation.
According to the Police, the gunman is also among the dead and they believe that his gun wounds are self-inflicted.
This shooting comes just 8 days after an 18-year-old gunman entered the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, and senselessly killing 19 children and 2 teachers before turning the gun on himself.
Last week the US President Joe Biden urged the citizens to make their voices heard in order to prevent further gun violence.
