USD 400 million received. The Ministry of Health has received USD 400 million to purchase much-needed essential medical items. The assistance had been received from the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and other countries.
The Ministry has also received funds from China and Japan which would also enable the Ministry to purchase essential medicine.
