On social media, someone posted about how a bike was stolen from a house in the Dehiwala/Mount Lavinia area after the dog in the house was given drugs.
The dog’s owner showed CCTV footage of two unidentified men using something to first drug the dog.
Later, when the gate had been left open for a short time, the video shows the thieves walking away with the bike that was left outside.
