Aamir Khan, the producer and lead actor of “Laal Singh Chaddha,” recently organized a special screening of the film for SS Rajamouli, Nagarjuna, and Chiranjeevi. Naga Chaitanya, the son of Nagarjuna, was also present at the screening in Hyderabad. With this film, Naga Chaitanya makes his debut in Hindi films.
Laal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi adaptation of Tom Hanks’ Academy Award-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump, which was directed by Advait Chandan. The release date is August 11 of this year. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh are included in the film as well.
Aamir unveiled the film’s trailer a few weeks ago, which took viewers on an emotional roller coaster. The nearly three-minute trailer provided a glimpse into the fascinating and innocent world of the film’s protagonist, Laal Singh Chaddha. His slow-wittedness and childlike optimism are the movie’s driving forces. Aamir’s soothing voiceover and wide-eyed expression in the trailer evoked memories of his behavior in Rajkumar Hirani’s PK.
Multiple picturesque locales were displayed, showcasing the Indian culture in a serene form. The chemistry between Aamir and Kareena is adorable, and Mona Singh appeared natural as the protagonist’s mother.
