The National Transport Commission (NTC) has announced that bus fares in Sri Lanka will be reduced by 2.23 percent as of today’s midnight.
The NTC announced that the minimum bus fare will be reduced from Rs.40 to Rs. 38, a reduction of Rs.2.
The reduction in bus fares follows the recent 20 rupee reduction in fuel prices.
