Appointment of Deputy and Assistant Government Whips. To be represented in Parliament, the administration has chosen the Deputy and Assistant Government Whips.
At the Prime Minister’s Office in Parliament on yesterday, February 27, Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena distributed the appointment letters.
Sagara Kariyawasam and Jayantha Ketagoda have been chosen to serve as the Government’s Deputy Whips as a result.
Assisting Government Whips are Madhura Withanage, Thisakutti Arachchi and Kokila Gunawardena.
