Russian President’s letter to the new President of SL. President Ranil Wickremesinghe received a visit from Yury Materiy, the Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka, today.
The Ambassador conveyed congratulations to President Wickremesinghe on his election to the Office of President on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian President also underlined his desire to further bolster ties between the two countries in a letter to President Wickremesinghe.
