Late last year, “Loki” season two filming got underway. The only Marvel Studios series to date to receive a second season is the Tom Hiddleston-starring one. The first season was well-liked and ended on a cliffhanger, which sparked rumors about the following season, which were quickly verified.

The Time Variance Authority (TVA) arrested the titular supervillain-turned-anti-hero in the first season for violating his predetermined fate, which led to Thanos strangling him to death in “Avengers: Infinity War.”

He encountered Sophie Di Martino, a “variant” who had changed her name from Loki to Sylvie and was similarly on the run from the TVA because of her time- and space-related offenses, throughout the course of the season.

Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors, who may end up becoming the MCU’s next major antagonist, was hinted at throughout the show.

We currently have season 2 of “Loki” photographs set. They have been discovered online thanks to fan accounts. Many of them depict Kingo, played by Kumail Nanjiani, not in person but rather in vintage movie posters. If you recall, Nanjiani played one of the Eternals who was posing as a Bollywood star to blend in with humans.

Nanjiani performed a Bollywood-inspired dance sequence in the Chloe Zhao film. A movie poster for “Sons of Saraush,” or “Saraush Ke Putra,” can be seen on the London set of season two of “Loki.” Nanjiani also leaves an artistic imprint.

The playful interconnection of the MCU, which allows series and movies to make references to one another, is one of its most alluring features. It offers a fictitious movie universe that in some ways feels authentic a clear feeling of size.

There is no TVA suit in any of the other set photographs of Hiddleston, who is wearing a tux. The implication is that he might now have complete independence.
