It has been decided that there will be academic activities at all Southern Provincial Council schools from tomorrow (July 25) until July 29. These activities will happen on all five days of the week.
The decision was made at a meeting where people in charge of education in the Southern Province were present.
But principals, teachers, and non-academic staff who can’t make it because of transportation problems must get permission ahead of time.
The Southern Province’s Department of Education said that special days off will be given for these approved days so that teachers’ personal vacations won’t be affected.
