Sri Lanka has decided to donate 6 million Pfizer vaccine doses to Myanmar.
The relevant agreement will be signed next week, according to the Ministry of Health.
The donation will take place with the World Health Organization’s assistance.
Pfizer vaccine doses purchased in Sri Lanka for COVID-19 vaccination are set to expire in the next two months.
