Water supply interruption in numerous areas of Colombo. The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) reported that a water supply pipeline rupture caused the water supply to Colombo 12, 13, 14, and 15 to be interrupted.
Additionally, they stated that Colombo 1 will only receive water at low pressure.
The NWSDB stated that repair work is ongoing and that the water supply should be restored by Friday morning at six o’clock.
