A gazette notice has been issued regarding the charging of a fee for the issuance of a National Identity Card for a first-time applicant.
According to the relevant gazette announcement, a fee of 200 rupees is required from November 1 to issue a national identity card to a first-time applicant.
Additionally, the fees for issuing a new national identity card instead of an expired identity card have been revised.
