Dr. Chanaka Senanayake, the former legal director of the Sri Lanka Cricket Association, has stated that he will file an appeal in Australia’s Supreme Court against the allegations leveled against Dhanushka Gunathilaka.
He expressed his opposition to the request to hold the hearing without journalists.
Dr. Chanaka Senanayake went on to say that this case can be won on the current facts and that there is no need to plead guilty.
