For the first time in Sri Lanka, Chinese Kick Boxing National Assault Championship was held from December 2nd – 4th, at the Sabaragamuwa Province Sports Complex.
The championship in this competition was won by Kandy, Gampola, Sri Lanka Chinese Kung Fu, and French savate kickboxing Academy. Athletes won 26 gold, silver, and bronze medals for this victory, and the fact that this team has won the championship and runner-up for many years demonstrates their talent. Although the basic requirements aren’t perfect, it’s worth noting that many gold medals have been won at the national and international levels, owing to the instructors’ hard work.
